Contact availability: support@weekwell.io is available for account, service, privacy, cancellation, and refund correspondence. Written notices can also be addressed to the company mailing address below. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, API keys, or private calendar links.

Identify your account and describe your request. Remove unrelated private information from screenshots. For a recorded paid subscription, cancellation and billing requests have a separate in-app route at Settings → Your plan, with saved status and downloadable receipts. The five-business-day refund decision commitment applies to paid orders; an in-app submission does not depend on email delivery. Keep a copy of your correspondence and any acknowledgement.

Request account information, correction, or deletion through a working contact channel or written notice to our company mailing address in section 1. State the request and identify the account. Ownership may be verified before changing or disclosing data. Settings → Profile → Download account data provides a JSON copy of your current application records, including archived work and saved history. It excludes credentials, backups, logs and outside-provider or correspondence records; see its scope notice. A broader access or erasure request still requires the verified operator process. There is no self-service account-deletion button. See retention and deletion and your rights.

Weekwell currently provides Free access and a seven-day no-card Pro trial. Paid checkout remains disabled. The paid-price and renewal rules and refund and cancellation terms describe conditions for a separate paid order; they do not activate billing tools.
