Weekwell / Legal
Terms of Service
A clear agreement for your courses and your week.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Weekwell at weekwell.io and its web application. Weekwell is operated by Erkinov LLC ("Weekwell", "we", "us"). Our business mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
When you create an account or use the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the current payment and trial arrangements.
Before sending an account or legal notice, check current contact availability.
2. What Weekwell provides
Weekwell is a web-based academic planner. You can create courses and assignments, organize deadlines in calendar and list views, review assignment requirements, mark work complete, receive in-app reminders, and download an iCalendar (.ics) export.
File import supports eligible PDF documents, including scans, DOCX documents, PNG and JPEG images, and plain-text formats. The upload limit is 5 MB. Processing depends on the document's size, quality, and layout; an unsupported or unreadable file may need to be exported again or entered manually.
Import produces a review draft. You choose and correct the assignments before they are added. Optical character recognition and AI extraction can miss or misread text, dates, times, and requirements. Verify the result against the original syllabus and your institution's instructions. Weekwell does not submit coursework or guarantee academic outcomes, complete extraction, or that a reminder will prevent a missed deadline.
3. Access and delivery
The service is delivered online through the Weekwell application; there is no physical shipment. Account access begins after successful registration. Add a course, import a syllabus or enter assignments, review the details, and save them to your account. Imports run when requested and can fail if a document or outside provider is unavailable.
In-app notifications are available in Weekwell. Automated account and reminder email from the application is not currently enabled. Do not rely on Weekwell as your only record of deadlines; retain your original course materials.
4. Your account and responsible use
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use only documents and calendar feeds you are authorized to provide. You retain your rights in your content and permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process it to deliver the features you request.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian's consent, obtain that consent before using the service. Weekwell is intended for general academic planning and is not directed to children under 13.
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content that infringes another person's rights, attempt to access other users' accounts, disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards or plan limits, or submit malicious files. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security incident, or a legal obligation.
5. Free plan and seven-day Pro trial
The Free plan includes one active course. New accounts receive a seven-day Pro trial, starting when the account is created. Pro and the trial allow up to eight active courses, daily and weekly in-app recaps, review of changes in reuploaded syllabi, LMS calendar subscriptions, and Google Calendar sync when the relevant connection is available.
The trial requires no payment card, ends without a charge, and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You do not need to cancel it to avoid billing. After it ends, the account returns to Free access. Existing course and assignment records remain available for reading, editing, completion, and export. Adding or importing work is limited to the first active course until extra courses are archived. Pro-only recaps, reupload features, and automatic integrations pause.
6. Paid Pro prices and renewal rules
Paid checkout is currently disabled. The following commercial rules have been selected for paid Pro and apply only to a separately completed paid purchase when checkout is enabled. Registration, viewing a price, and the no-card trial do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
- Monthly Pro: USD $7.99 per monthly billing period, charged in advance.
- Annual Pro: USD $49.99 per yearly billing period, charged in advance as one annual payment, not twelve monthly charges.
- Automatic renewal: the selected plan renews for the same interval at the stated subscription price on the renewal date associated with the order, unless cancelled before that renewal. The first paid period starts with the separately completed paid purchase. Any applicable tax and total payable must be shown before purchase.
- Cancellation: stops the next renewal. Unless a refund or mandatory remedy applies, Pro continues until the end of the period already paid for, then returns to Free. See cancellation and access.
- Price changes: a new renewal price requires advance notice, an opportunity to cancel, and any agreement required by applicable law.
A paid order requires a separate affirmative agreement to the recurring charge, its amount or calculation, billing interval, and cancellation rules. A link to these Terms alone is not that agreement. The prepared checkout requires an unchecked affirmative agreement and records its wording, version, selected recurring price, interval, account, and time. Consent alone does not complete a purchase. Payment collection remains disabled; live payment processing must be validated separately before paid orders are accepted.
7. Optional calendar connections
LMS import uses a private iCalendar subscription link supplied by you from Canvas, Blackboard, D2L / Brightspace, or Moodle. It reads the events the institution exposes in that feed. It does not sign in with an LMS password, read every part of a course, submit assignments, or update the institution's records. Availability and freshness depend on your school and the feed's export range. Review the preview before importing; a feed can include events other than assignments.
Google Calendar sync is optional and runs in one direction: Weekwell to a separate calendar created by Weekwell. Changes made only in Google Calendar do not update Weekwell. The connection is currently in Google's testing mode and is limited to approved test users; reauthorization may be needed after seven days.
You can disconnect integrations in Settings → Connections. Disconnecting keeps the tasks already saved in Weekwell. Disconnecting Google also keeps the calendar and events already created in Google; you can manage or remove those in Google Calendar. Automatic sync requires Pro or an active trial and can be delayed or interrupted by outside services.
8. Content, availability, and changes
Weekwell's interface, branding, and software belong to their respective owners. You may use them to access the service under these terms; this does not transfer ownership of the service.
Availability and automated results are not guaranteed. We may maintain or change features, correct errors, or stop a feature, subject to the notices and remedies required by the applicable agreement and law.
You can stop using Weekwell and delete individual planner items. Archiving preserves records. Deleting an item does not necessarily erase its source from saved reviews, notifications, integration records, or backups; see retention and deletion. Account deletion, integration disconnection, and subscription cancellation are separate requests; one does not automatically perform the others.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right, legal remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. This includes rights that may apply to a digital service that is not supplied as agreed. We do not require you to give up a lawful complaint, payment dispute, or access to a regulator or court.
We may update these terms. We will show the revised date and give notice of material changes through the service before they take effect when required. A new use of Google user data will require the disclosures and consent applicable to that change.
10. Contact the operator
For account, service, privacy, cancellation, or refund correspondence, identify your Weekwell account email and describe the request.
Contact availability: support@weekwell.io is available for account, service, privacy, cancellation, and refund correspondence. Written notices can also be addressed to the company mailing address below. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, API keys, or private calendar links.
