Refund & Cancellation Policy

Know what happens before a trial or a paid period ends.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Current payment status

Weekwell is not currently accepting subscription payments. The Pro prices shown on the website are planned prices: USD $7.99 per month or USD $49.99 per year. They are not a request for payment and do not create a subscription.

If you see a charge you believe is from Weekwell, contact support@weekwell.io with the date, amount, and non-sensitive transaction reference so we can investigate. Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials.

Before sending a notice, check current contact availability. You can send notices to support@weekwell.io.

2. Seven-day trial: no charge and no cancellation needed

Your Pro trial starts when you create an account, lasts seven days, and requires no card. It ends without a charge and does not renew into a paid plan. No trial cancellation is needed to prevent billing.

You can stop using Weekwell at any time. Account deletion is a separate request; see privacy and account requests and the current contact availability on that page.

3. What happens after the trial

The account returns to the Free plan with one active course. Your existing assignments remain available to read, edit, complete, and export. Adding or importing assignments is limited to the first active course until extra active courses are archived. Pro-only recaps, syllabus reupload, and automatic calendar connections pause.

Pausing automatic sync does not delete existing Weekwell tasks or events already sent to Google Calendar. You can disconnect a connection separately in Settings → Connections. A Google calendar retained after disconnection can be removed in Google Calendar.

4. First-payment refund and decision time

Paid checkout is disabled. For a separately purchased paid Pro subscription, the approved voluntary policy provides a full refund of the first Pro payment when requested within 14 calendar days of that payment. It covers the first monthly or annual payment and does not restart with renewals.

The prepared account route is Settings → Your plan → Payments & requests. Select Request first-payment refund beside the payment, review the details, and confirm the request. Weekwell attaches the account and payment reference, saves the request time and status, and offers a downloadable receipt. A billing-error request is available separately; statutory withdrawal is described in section 6. Do not include full card numbers.

Weekwell's decision commitment for paid orders is no later than five business days after receipt. Here, business days mean Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. Missing information is requested promptly; statutory deadlines still prevail. Receipt of an in-app request does not depend on support email delivery.

An approved refund still requires submission to Stripe. A saved request or approval is not confirmation that money has been returned. The account distinguishes requested, approved, processing, pending, failed, and successful outcomes. Provider execution is separately disabled in this release. When enabled, refunds use the original payment method. A card refund generally appears in about five to ten business days after initiation, depending on the bank and method; that bank time is separate from Weekwell's decision period and is not a guaranteed arrival date. See Stripe's refund information. Any shorter mandatory reimbursement deadline prevails.

Renewals and unused portions do not automatically receive this voluntary refund. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges and a service not supplied as agreed are considered separately under applicable rights. A successful full refund of the current paid period triggers a separate request to end its corresponding paid access and subscription renewal. The account shows whether the provider has confirmed that termination; a pending or failed termination requires retry or operator handling. A partial or historical-payment refund does not by itself end a different paid period. An account and its saved assignments are not deleted by a refund.

5. Cancellation, renewal, and access

The approved subscription renews monthly at USD $7.99 or annually at USD $49.99 according to the purchased plan, plus tax disclosed before the order. Cancellation before the next renewal stops that renewal. Unless a refund or mandatory remedy applies, Pro continues to the end of the already-paid period, then returns to Free under section 3. Cancellation does not itself request a refund or delete account data.

The account route is Settings → Your plan → Cancel subscription. Review the paid-through date and confirm. The application sends a request to stop renewal and saves its status. Keep the downloadable receipt. Only a provider-confirmed status means that renewal has stopped; a pending or failed request is shown as such and can be retried. A confirmation records the end date instead of immediately removing the paid period.

New payment collection remains disabled. The cancellation flow has been prepared with isolated test transactions; this is not a claim that live Stripe processing is enabled. If the in-app action fails, send a clear cancellation notice through a working contact channel or to the company mailing address below. The designated address is support@weekwell.io; contact details are in section 7.

The no-card trial never renews into a paid subscription and requires no cancellation to prevent a charge. A recurring paid charge requires a separate affirmative checkout agreement and its recorded consent.

6. Mandatory rights and EU/EEA withdrawal

The voluntary first-payment refund is separate from statutory withdrawal, cancellation, reimbursement, and remedies for a digital service not supplied as agreed. It does not reduce those rights or waive a lawful payment-provider dispute, regulatory complaint, or court remedy.

Where consumer law provides withdrawal from a distance service contract, the usual period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of that contract, subject to any extension or other mandatory rule. The period concerns contract conclusion, not merely a card-charge date. Accessing or using a continuing SaaS subscription does not by itself remove the right or mean the whole service was fully performed.

The prepared online route is Settings → Your plan → Withdraw from contract. Review the account identity and contract reference, then confirm your unequivocal notice of withdrawal. It is available for an active recorded subscription even if no payment was made or a payment was already refunded. The account saves the notice and its UTC receipt time and provides a downloadable acknowledgement. This receipt confirms submission for review; it does not by itself confirm legal termination or a completed repayment. A separate cancellation status shows whether future renewal has stopped.

You may also send an unequivocal statement identifying your account, service, and contract date through a working contact channel or by written notice to Erkinov LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. No particular template is required. For example: “I withdraw from my Weekwell Pro subscription contract concluded on [date]. My account email is [email]. Please confirm receipt.” The designated email is support@weekwell.io; contact details are in section 7.

Where withdrawal entitles you to repayment, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the statutory period, normally no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra fees. The five-business-day voluntary decision target does not extend a mandatory deadline. Rules on an express request to start services early or a lawful proportionate charge depend on the applicable law and actual pre-contract information and agreement; acceptance of these terms is not a blanket waiver.

Paid EU/EEA checkout is not active. Live payment, repayment, and any legally required delivery or contract-termination procedure must be validated before paid orders are offered. The prepared receipt can be downloaded in the account; automated receipt email is not enabled.
